If a transaction fails/cancels, the funds will be returned to the buyer's account balance.
Refunds can be used for shopping or withdrawn to the buyer's account on the condition that the buyer must verify the account in accordance with applicable procedures.
Fees charged by the bank/payment provider will not be refunded because they are not charged by DoneMyJob but by the relevant bank/provider.
