The terms & conditions set out below govern the use of services offered by DoneMyJob related to the use of the site https://donemyjob.com Users are advised to read carefully because it may affect the rights and obligations of Users under the law.

By registering and/or using the site https://p-store.net, the user is deemed to have read, understood, comprehended and agreed to all contents in the Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a valid agreement between the User and DoneMyJob . If the user does not agree to one, part, or all of the contents of the Terms & Conditions, then the user is not permitted to use the services at https://p-store.net.

DoneMyJob does not act as a seller or buyer, but rather as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, to secure every transaction that takes place on DoneMyJob through the mechanisms established by DoneMyJob.

A. Main Menu

Service : service offered on DoneMyJob .
Seller : user who offers and performs services via Service on DoneMyJob .
Buyer : a user who purchases services on DoneMyJob.
Product/Service Posting : where sellers can explain their Service (product) so buyers can buy and make orders.
My Posts : a place where sellers can see the Service(products) being offered.
Manage Sales : where buyers and sellers communicate with each other regarding the Service(product) being processed.
Income : seller's money earned from completed orders.
Special Order : a special request made by a buyer regarding Service(product).
Buyer Request : a request made by a buyer to receive a special Offer from a seller.
Request Post : where the buyer explains the Service(product) needed.
My Requests : where buyers see the status of requests made.
My Shopping : where buyers can see the status of their Service(product) purchases.
Payment : where buyers view sales & purchase history of Service(products).

B. Service(product)

DoneMyJob allows its members to offer both physical and virtual products/services.
All types of products offered must not contain elements that endanger/harm other people, whether physical or virtual products.
Sellers are prohibited from intentionally duplicating products or any form of fraud by tricking the system for the purpose of positioning the same product at the top of the list.
Products that are subject to copyright claims and the seller cannot prove ownership of the disputed product will be permanently suspended and prohibited from reselling on https://p-store.net
Users are prohibited from copying or reselling products belonging to other users.

C. Fees & Commissions

Registration fee & creating a store on DoneMyJob is FREE.
Each purchase transaction will automatically be charged 5% Of Purchase,-
Commission from each service sold is 10% of the specified price.
The minimum withdrawal is 5$.
The commission withdrawal process is paid 3 working days after the user's request.

D. Transactions

For the convenience and security of users, every buying and selling transaction on DoneMyJob is required to use the DoneMyJob transaction system.
All payment validation processes are instant (except via credit, which is a manual validation process).
The payment validation process via credit takes around 1-5 minutes and a maximum of 1x24 hours.
After the payment validation process, the buyer must follow the seller's instructions so that the order can be processed immediately.
Transactions can be cancelled if the order does not match the seller's description within a maximum of 5 days from the time the transaction is made.
If the buyer's order is not processed by the seller within the specified time, the buyer has the option to cancel the transaction.
Buyers are required to confirm successful transactions if the order received matches the seller's description.
Once the transaction is complete, the funds will be held & automatically become available in the seller's account after 5x24 hours.
Buyers who do not confirm the transaction is complete within 3x24 hours after the order is sent by the seller, the transaction will automatically be considered successful by the DoneMyJob system and the funds will be forwarded to the Seller.
For new sellers with less than 10 transactions and transaction value less than 10$, funds will be held & automatically become available after 10x24 hours.
Sellers are not allowed to ask, direct or influence Buyers to fill out a review while the product/service being sold has not been received by the Buyer (including sending empty orders), or force Buyers to immediately fill out a review while the Buyer may need more time to check the product/service received.
In the event of a problem in a transaction and one of the parties involved (Seller/Buyer) is not willing to actively cooperate to resolve the complaint within a maximum of 2x24 hours, the manager has the right to make a unilateral decision to end the transaction problem.
DoneMyJob has the right to cancel transactions and freeze Buyer accounts that are suspected of using illegal digital payment accounts.
All sellers at DoneMyJob are required to compete in a sporting, fair and healthy manner to increase sales and ratings.

E. Account Verification

Registered users can verify their account to get the Verified Member badge.
Users who have become part of the Verified Members are entitled to use services provided specifically for Verified Members.
To become a verified Member, users are required to submit some data requested on the Account Verification page.
The data sent must be valid, correct, and in accordance with what it is without program manipulation for any purpose.
DoneMyJob as a service provider has the right to reject account verification requests if it finds suspected data falsification or unclear data sent so that the administrator has difficulty in examining the data sent.
Under certain circumstances, DoneMyJob has the right to ask users to verify their identity before they can use their account again.
DoneMyJob has the right to temporarily or permanently freeze a user account if the verification data sent is fictitious or fake data.

Verification data that has been received will be stored on the server and will not be shared with any party except for reasons justified by law based on the applicable Privacy Policy.

F. Ban

DoneMyJob has the right to freeze/ban user accounts and all assets contained therein if they are proven to have committed violations related to criminal acts (fraud, gambling, money laundering, etc.)
Serious violations will receive a Warning Letter (SP) starting from SP1, SP2, to SP3.
Sellers/Buyers who continue to violate the rules after being warned will be permanently blocked & the balance/content in the account will be immediately forfeited.
Account restrictions are a condition where the seller cannot use the funds in the account until the status is removed.
Treating buyers/sellers badly is a violation that can result in the seller/buyer's account being permanently blocked and the balance/content in the account being immediately forfeited.
Rejecting/ignoring an order will result in the product not being displayed on this site with the following duration details:

1st violation, product not displayed for 1 day
2nd violation, product not displayed for 2 days
3rd violation, product not displayed for 5 days
4th and subsequent violations, the product will not be displayed for 10 days for each violation.
The sanction period will be reset every 90 days.
Every time the penalty period is completed, you must agree to the T&C so that the product can be reactivated.

G. Limitation of Liability

DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising from and in connection with information written by DoneMyJob users.
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any violation of copyright, trademark, industrial design, circuit layout design, patent or other personal rights attached to an item, regarding any information created by the user. DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising in connection with the use of goods purchased through DoneMyJob , in the event of a violation of laws and regulations.
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising in connection with access to the User's account by other parties.
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising from transactions outside DoneMyJob .
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising from errors or differences in the nominal amount that should be transferred to the account we have specified.
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses that arise if the transaction has been completed systematically (funds have been received by the seller/buyer).
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising from loss of goods during the transaction process and/or completion.
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses arising from errors by Users or other parties in transferring funds to DoneMyJob accounts.
DoneMyJob is not responsible for any risks and losses that arise if the account is frozen and/or deactivated.
Under any circumstances, the User shall pay DoneMyJob's losses and/or protect DoneMyJob (including officers, directors, employees, agents, and others) from any costs, losses, expenses or damages arising from claims or demands of third parties arising from the User's violation of the DoneMyJob Usage Rules, and/or violation of the rights of third parties.
